Other server was Oculus Gaming, I was a moderator and my mate who played on Oculus and donated more than 100 bucks for the server died last year and he was a lil minge to the staffs and pissing them off most of the time, but mocking him when he's dead and making fun of him is not appropriate or necessary, never mock a dead person[/b] [color=#e74c3c][b]Why should we choose you as a staff member rather than someone else? (Min. 100 words):[/b][/color][b] I wouldn't say I'm better option than others or the best option to be picked as a staff member than others but I do have a couple of staff experience and I know what I'm doing, I'm familiar with ulx commands so I don't need to be tested or be taught, I stay calm in most scenarios such as server being ddosed, people panicking in ooc because someone is mass rdming or mass rdaing. I give atleast 1 verbal warning for each person so they won't think that I'm biased against them and spoonfeeding the other, also because of this isolation going on I do my schoolwork at home which gives me more time to play Gmod and look after the server while other staffs are busy[/b] [color=#e74c3c][b]Any recommendations from other staff members?: [/b][/color][b]I'm pretty new to the server and never had interaction with any of the staff yet except the owner itself and owner has good personality I had a talk with him about my mate passing away and a server staffs making fun of him mocking his death and this server's owner actually calmed me down I like him [/b] [b][u][i][color=#000000][size=150]===Scenarios===[/size][/color][/i][/u][/b] [color=#e74c3c][b]Scenario 1.[/b] You get a report that someone RDM'd another user, how would you handle the situation? What steps would take to rectify the situation?:[/color] First of all if there arent any staff on duties I would go staff on duty and go onto admin roof/area and bring the victim of the RDM and asks him if he remembers the name of the RDMER and if he does not I will check logs and once I get the RDM'ers name I will bring him too and ask why he killed that person for and so on. If it ends up him being guilty I will give him verbal warning and say never do that again or be warned the next time you have a sit with me for RDM and if the victim lied to staff about the RDM I will give him verbal warn to not do it again otherwise get warn the next time. [color=#e74c3c][b]Scenario 2.[/b] You see someone flinging props around and prop flying, how would you handle this?:[/color] Freeze him, explain to him how prop flying/surfing is not legal for any darkrp server and he should know that, ask him to never do it again and delete the prop and actually RP properly otherwise get kicked or warn for Prop Minge next time [color=#e74c3c][b]Scenario 3.[/b] You see someone attempting to crash the server, what do you do?[/color] Kick/freeze them to prevent them from doing anymore to crash the server while I workout on his bantime and reason, if he leaves while frozen I will extend the ban time for LTAP
